Collect your degree

Degrees can be collected in one of the following ways:

On site (Saint Martin d’Hères campus – 525 avenue centrale) : by appointment only

• Make an appointment by e-mail: diplome@grenoble-iae.fr
• You will need to come in person with a valid form of identification. If you are unable to attend, you can be represented by someone else. The person representing you must bring the following documents: A handwritten, signed letter of authorisation stating the identity of the person authorised to collect the degree on your behalf. A photocopy of your ID. ID of the third party and a photocopy

By post

• Complete the form for collection by post (PDF) and return it to the address shown, together with the required documents.
• Collection of degrees for years prior to 2016-2017: Degrees from years prior to 2016-2017 are kept at the university’s central administration. All information is available on the UGA website.
