Registration

All students with a valid current enrollment are granted free access to our libraries.
UGA alumni: free registration for 5 years after obtaining your degree.
 

Search and find a document

The collections of the libraries on the Grenoble and Valence campuses can be searched using the Beluga catalogue.
There are many digital resources available via the Université Grenoble Alpes digital collections: online books, articles from professional and research journals, sector-specific data (Business Source Complete, Cairn, Europresse, etc.). 

The Dumas database provides access to a selection of the best Master’s theses defended at Grenoble IAE - INP.
 

Grenoble campus library

The Grenoble library has a collection of documents covering all fields of management. 

In 2025:

• More than 7,240 books
• 62 Current subscriptions to journal titles (+255 archived title)
• 1,084 Master’s and Bachelor’s dissertations by IAE students
• 7 Computer workstations
• 3 Catalog consultation terminals
• Colour copier/printer (for a fee)

Borrowing :

• UGA and Grenoble INP students, PhD students, lecturers and staff: unlimited number of documents / 5 weeks (free access)
• Grenoble IAE - INP invited lecturers and guests: unlimited number of documents / 5 weeks (free access)
• Other audiences: 4 documents / 3 weeks (after registration at the Droit et Lettres university library or the Joseph Fourrier university library)

Valence campus library

In 2025:

• More than 5,500 books
• A press area with subscriptions to around one hundred publications
• Access to computer workstations, with access to the catalogue
• Colour copier/printer (for a fee).

Borrowing :

• DUT and Bachelor’s degree students: unlimited number of documents / 4 weeks (free access)
• Master’s degree students, teachers and administrative staff: unlimited number of documents / 6 weeks (free access)
• External readers: unlimited number of documents / 4 weeks (after paying registration fees)
